The Bell County Public Health District strives to offer a variety of services to aid citizens of Bell County. However, it is impossible for us to offer every possible service that citizens may need. This page is meant as a guide for pointing citizens toward other health resources for things we do not offer and non-health related resources that may be useful.

For primary care and mental health services that assist with health challenges beyond what BCPHD provides some Bell County resources are:
- Martha's Clinic: Martha's Clinic is a student-founded and student-run free health clinic for the homeless and indigent population of Temple and surrounding Bell County.
- Temple Community Clinic: Eligible patients can receive services in chronic disease management, cardiology, dermatology, dentistry, diabetic education, primary care, prescription assistance and others.
- Greater Killeen Community Clinic: The GKCC can offer services for uncomplicated illness (cold, flu, etc.), simple wound care, chronic disease management and the like.
- Central Counties Services (MHMR): Offers services for mental and intellectual disabilities and mental health.
- UMHB Life Community Center: The Community Life Counseling (CLC) center at UMHB provides high quality counseling services to Belton and the surrounding communities.
- Bell County Indigent Health: Indigent Health Services Department to better serve the County and the community in areas of health care services for very low income residents.
- Texas Workforce Commission: Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is the state agency charged with overseeing and providing workforce development services to employers and job seekers of Texas.
- Baylor Scott and White Cancer Support Services: General and cancer-specific support groups and events throughout Central Texas, including Bryan/College Station, Killeen, Temple and Waco, for patients and caregivers battling the effects of cancer.
